Mail Carrier Practice Exam

The best response in this scenario is to let the customer know that you will find the answers and get back to them. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and shows that you value their inquiry. By taking the initiative to follow up, you reassure the customer that their question is important and that they are not being dismissed. This approach helps build trust and rapport with the customer, as they feel heard and supported in finding the information they need.

Providing a timely follow-up not only resolves the customer's concern but also reflects positively on you as a representative of the organization. It portrays a proactive attitude, emphasizing that while the details may be outside your immediate knowledge, you are dedicated to assisting the customer by seeking out the correct information.
